New Coffee Shop Project Underway in Rancho Santa Margarita

Kubus Construction is excited to announce the start of a new coffee shop project in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.

This tenant improvement project will transform an existing commercial space into a welcoming café designed to serve the local community. The vision combines modern finishes, efficient customer flow, comfortable seating areas, and a thoughtfully designed service counter to create an inviting environment for both quick visits and longer stays.

Construction is currently underway, with demolition and framing modifications in progress. Our team is working closely with the owner, designers, and consultants to bring the concept to life while ensuring compliance with all applicable building, health, and accessibility requirements.

The project scope includes new interior finishes, custom millwork, lighting upgrades, electrical and plumbing improvements, equipment coordination, and all necessary work to support daily coffee shop operations. Once complete, the space will offer customers a modern and comfortable atmosphere where they can enjoy specialty coffee, meet with friends, work remotely, or simply relax.
